Job Description
Analista de Vendas convertendo leads inbound para a plataforma SaaS da Vobi. Condução consultiva, demonstrações e follow-ups para profissionais da construção civil.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative sales with inbound leads, understanding each business’s needs and guiding the process through to closing
- Manage and track leads throughout the sales funnel and monitor performance
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals
- Support the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from prospective customers and identifying alternatives to increase conversion rates
- Engage with prospective customers via WhatsApp, email, chat, and other channels
- Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve the company’s sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Investigative and curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Empathy to understand and guide customers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in sales
- Ability to work well as part of a team and remain flexible as the role evolves
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable
