Job Description
Associate Director overseeing Paid Media strategies within a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech. Responsible for client retention and campaign success through leadership and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client and employee retention
- Set goals for client engagements
- Ensure adherence to best practices
- Support strategists in campaign approvals
- Empower the team with clear communication and expectation management
Requirements:
- Goal Setting: AsD’s are directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod.
- Best Practices: AsD’s are directly responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
- Breakdown Barriers: Understand roadblocks and support strategists in earning campaign approvals.
- Accountability: Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower your team with clear communication + expectation setting.
