Job Description
Performance Marketing Lead architecting global acquisition strategies at SE Ranking. Driving growth with innovative media execution across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Define the global paid acquisition roadmap.
- Own and execute paid media across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X (Twitter), and Capterra.
- Build and manage a relentless testing engine.
- Implement and maintain automated workflows (using n8n, Make, Claude, or custom scripts)
- Take full ownership of the conversion tracking stack.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in a B2B SaaS or high-growth digital environment.
- Proven track record of managing $100k+/mo budgets while maintaining high ROI
- Advanced ability to build predictive models, manage complex budgets, and forecast pipeline/revenue based on spend.
- Advanced expertise in automation platforms (n8n, Make, or Zapier) and integrating LLMs/AI into marketing workflows.
- High proficiency in CRM and analytics systems (HubSpot, Looker Studio, PowerBI) and advanced tracking implementations (GTM, API-based conversions).
- Strong ability to translate raw data into compelling stories and actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Experience managing a team and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
