Job Description

PPC & Paid Social Specialist managing and optimizing advertising campaigns for home improvement clients. Focused on lead generation through Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to achieve lead-generation goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing PPC & paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience in the home improvement or local lead-gen space is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with Nextdoor, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Landing page optimization experience
