Job Description
Join Directive Consulting as an Associate Director to lead performance marketing strategies and drive client success. Oversee goal setting and teamwork in a remote setup from Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Setting client engagement goals
- Ensuring best practices across channels and mediums
- Navigating approval processes for campaigns
- Supporting and empowering the team
- Staying informed on industry trends and AI/automation impact on marketing and operations
Requirements:
- Directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod
- Responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular: LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, Functional Content
- Understand approval processes and support strategists in earning approvals
- Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower your team with clear communication + expectation setting
- Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
