Job Description

Senior Paid Media Analyst for a B2B-focused agency planning and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Managing media budgets and leveraging AI tools for campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns, primarily in Google Ads
  • Manage and allocate budgets across platforms, ensuring efficiency
  • Contribute to and align campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Build and analyze performance dashboards, extracting actionable insights
  • Leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance and streamline workflows
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with marketing and business goals
  • Participate in client-facing conversations and contribute to strategic recommendations

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Paid Media, primarily Google Ads
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns; senior candidates should demonstrate experience defining strategy, not just executing it
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or multi-client environment.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, and spreadsheets for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
