Job Description
Field Service Engineer installing, repairing, and maintaining ESI electronics systems for customers in China. Providing on-site technical support and resolving production issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Assist customers in using ESI equipment smoothly
- Serve as the preliminary contact for customers’ production problems
- Provide service to achieve the best customer satisfaction
- Implement daily jobs using formal processes and communicate results
- Follow all SOPs and safety requirements
- Provide customer after-sales technical support
- Independently handle and resolve assigned tasks under supervision
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of electronics system maintenance experience
- At least a college diploma in electronic engineering
- Flexibility to travel domestically
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if required
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel frequently and work irregular hours
