Job Description
Home-Based Associate Pricing Analyst with DCX Client Services for a US-based growing business. Provides data analysis and reporting support to management and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports, analyzing, and providing recommendations to managements.
- Creates and maintains various sales, budgeting and forecasting models for management.
- Compiles weekly sales data and creates weekly sales comparisons report for management and sales reps.
- Provides accurate sales data to compare and analyze forecasts and budgets vs actual sales.
- Prepares weekly data for Flash Sales report by business type.
- Prepares the monthly sales digest report for management.
- Maintain and create sophisticated sales data spreadsheets in Excel.
- Reconciles sales and adjustments and corrects data.
- Maintain all pricing in the pricing ERP system.
- Update Commission setups for all products
- Create and review accounts following the completion of proposals, ensuring accurate pricing, merchandise, and catalogue presentation
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics and Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of Financial or Pricing Analyst, or any related roles.
- Experienced and comfortable managing large data sets and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.
- Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas etc.
