Job Description
Associate Producer coordinating production for GameSim, a game development studio creating games across various platforms. Responsible for project tracking, client coordination, and internal documentation.
Responsibilities:
- *Project Tracking:* Manage the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of art assets through the development pipeline to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
- *Operational Maintenance:* Update and audit task management software (e.g., Jira, Shotgrid) to maintain data integrity and project transparency.
- *Meeting Facilitation:* Schedule and attend internal and client-facing meetings; distribute clear, actionable notes and follow-up on outstanding items.
- *Milestone Support:* Collaborate with project leadership to execute against milestones and assist in scoping and scheduling discussions.
- *Process Improvement:* Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions to improve team productivity.
- *Documentation:* Create and maintain comprehensive studio documentation, internal wikis, and project presentations.
- *Client Coordination:* Act as a secondary point of contact for external clients under the oversight of senior production staff.
Requirements:
- *Professional Experience:* 1-3+ years of experience in a production or project coordination role within the Games, Tech, or Creative Media industries.
- *Methodologies:* Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- *Technical Proficiency:* Demonstrated experience with task management software (Jira, Trello, Shotgrid, or equivalent) and standard office suites (Microsoft/Google).
- *Communication:* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professional discretion and attention to detail.
- *Problem Solving:* Ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
