Job Description
Associate Project Manager supporting Professional Services organization focused on customer success and project deliverables. Engage with clients and drive satisfaction and loyalty through project management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and control assigned project deliverables
- Monitor and control assigned project progress
- Develop, manage, control and maintain project reporting and documentation
- Interact and work collaboratively with staff and potential service providers
- Build strong relationships with all clients
Requirements:
- Some experience in managing projects
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Eager to learn
- AA/AS required, BS/BA desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong customer and team focus
- Strong sense of professionalism, diligence and attention to detail
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with core project management processes such as planning, scheduling, and risk management (desirable)
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel (desirable)
