Job Description
IT Project Manager coordinating technical projects and delivering infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients at Redesign. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop project plans, assign responsibilities, and coordinate delivery across engineering, project coordination, and client stakeholders
- Review sales documentation and project scope to ensure alignment between project delivery and customer expectations
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings with clients to communicate scope, timelines, communication cadence, and delivery strategy
- Manage project schedules, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure and services engagements
- Conduct structured internal and customer-facing meetings aligned with project complexity and milestones
- Coordinate project planning and hardware delivery with the Project Coordinator and engineering teams
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines
- Provide consistent project status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure records are updated throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to improving project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to support Redesign’s continued growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating technical projects in IT infrastructure, MSP, or enterprise technology environments
- Foundational understanding of infrastructure technologies such as networking, virtualization, server platforms, and security systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across technical teams while maintaining a strong client experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools (preferred)
- PMP certification or progress toward certification (preferred)
