Job Description
Remote licensed clinical therapist providing tele-therapy for WellQor’s online psychological practice. Building patient relationships through team-supported mental health care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
- Help clients overcome mental health challenges, forge better relationships, and improve their well-being
- Define personal availability and schedule according to lifestyle
- Consult regularly with the Clinical Director and regional team for support and feedback
- Connect with therapists across the country using the Clinician Connect platform
- Participate in company events
- Provide clinical services while WellQor handles credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services
Requirements:
- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions
- Comfort using technology in everyday work
- Willingness to learn
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Must be licensed to practice independently in California
