Job Description
Remote licensed clinical therapist providing tele-therapy through WellQor’s patient-centered online psychological practice. Building therapeutic relationships within a collaborative care-team model.
Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
- Define availability and create a schedule aligned with lifestyle and caseload preferences
- Consult regularly with the Clinical Director and regional team for support and feedback
- Connect with therapists across the country using the Clinician Connect platform
- Provide therapy while WellQor handles credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services
- Participate in company events
- Support clients in overcoming mental health challenges and improving relationships
Requirements:
- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions
- Comfort using technology in everyday work
- Willingness to learn
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to provide clinical therapy through tele-therapy
