Job Description
Remote licensed therapist providing tele-therapy and team-based care through WellQor’s online psychological practice. Flexible scheduling with clinical, administrative, and peer support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
- Define availability and create a schedule according to lifestyle and caseload preferences
- Consult regularly with the Clinical Director and regional team for support and feedback
- Connect with therapists across the country using the Clinician Connect platform
- Provide therapy to help clients overcome mental health challenges and improve relationships
- Participate in a care-team treatment model
- Rely on WellQor for credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services
- Participate in company events
- Receive opportunities for CEU sponsorship
Requirements:
- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions
- Comfort using technology in everyday work
- Willingness to learn
