Job Description
Remote licensed therapist providing tele-therapy and collaborative care through WellQor’s patient-centered online psychological practice. Managing flexible caseloads with clinical-team support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
- Help clients overcome mental health challenges, forge better relationships, and improve their wellbeing
- Define personal availability and schedule according to lifestyle
- Consult regularly with the Clinical Director and regional team for support and feedback
- Connect with therapists across the country using the Clinician Connect platform
- WellQor handles credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services
- Participate in company events
- Receive opportunities for CEU sponsorship
Requirements:
- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions
- Comfort using technology in everyday work
- Willingness to learn
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate approach
- Must be based in Murrieta, California / California, United States
