Job Description
Remote licensed clinical therapist providing tele-therapy through WellQor’s online psychological practice. Building patient relationships within a collaborative care-team model.
Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
- Help clients overcome mental health challenges, forge better relationships, and improve their well-being
- Define availability, create schedules, and work according to lifestyle
- Consult regularly with the clinical director and regional team for support and feedback
- Connect with therapists across the country through the Clinician Connect platform
- Provide therapy while WellQor handles credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services
- Participate in company events
- Collaborate within a care-team treatment model
Requirements:
- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions
- Comfort using technology in everyday work
- Willingness to learn
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate
- Must be located in California, specifically the Oakland role location
- Full-time job opening, with flexibility for therapists who may work part time
