Job Description

Advogado(a) atuando em Direito Digital, Privacidade e Proteção de Dados na LBCA, assessorando empresas em projetos relacionados à governança digital.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on LGPD compliance projects, implement privacy governance programs, and provide DPO as a Service;
  • Advise companies on the interpretation and application of laws and regulations related to Digital Law, Privacy, Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence and other rules applicable to the digital environment;
  • Draft and review legal opinions, policies, procedures, contractual clauses, privacy notices and other governance instruments;
  • Prepare, review and validate Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA/RIPD), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIA), risk assessments and other documents related to privacy governance;
  • Assess contracts, vendors, products, services and new projects from the perspective of Privacy by Design, data governance and regulatory compliance;
  • Support AI governance projects, assisting in the drafting of policies, workflows, risk assessments, legal opinions and compliance mechanisms related to corporate use of AI;
  • Conduct meetings, interviews and workshops with clients to understand operations, identify risks and propose legal solutions aligned with business needs;
  • Act in a consultative capacity with clients and multidisciplinary teams, supporting the implementation of solutions related to privacy, innovation and technology;
  • Monitor developments in legislation, regulations and trends related to Digital Law, ANPD resolutions and decisions, Artificial Intelligence and other topics linked to digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Law degree and active OAB registration;
  • Practical experience in Privacy, Data Protection and Digital Law projects;
  • Experience implementing privacy governance programs;
  • Experience drafting and reviewing ROPA, DPIA/RIPD, LIA, policies, procedures, legal opinions and other governance documents;
  • Experience analyzing contracts, data sharing, international transfers, legal bases and other topics related to regulatory compliance;
  • Experience participating in client meetings, interviews and workshops;
  • Interest in and familiarity with projects related to Artificial Intelligence, innovation and new technologies;
  • Solid knowledge of the LGPD, ANPD resolutions, the Marco Civil da Internet and other rules related to Digital Law;
  • Knowledge of Privacy by Design, Privacy by Default and privacy governance programs;
  • Advanced English for reading, drafting documents and participating in meetings.
