Job Description

Depot Operation Support for autonomous vehicles at TaskUs, managing fleet readiness and operational efficiency. Handling vehicle maintenance, technical support, and adhering to safety protocols in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the charging or fueling process for the autonomous fleet
  • Perform interior and exterior cleaning and inspections
  • Conduct thorough visual and diagnostic inspections
  • Park, stage, and maneuver vehicles within the depot
  • Install, remove, and verify the functionality of specialized hardware
  • Perform troubleshooting and triage of issues
  • Securely handle and transfer data disks/storage devices
  • Assist with inventory and asset management
  • Serve as point of contact for facility issues
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures
  • Assist with vehicle recovery in the field

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electronics
  • Ability to learn and troubleshoot new technology quickly
  • Meticulous approach to inspections and data handling
  • Unwavering commitment to safety protocols
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
