Job Description
Avature Functional Consultant configuring and supporting recruitment systems with a focus on Avature. Ensuring business processes are optimized and stakeholder needs met.
Responsibilities:
- Configuring, testing, and implementing changes to Recruitment systems
- Providing Avature BAU support and troubleshooting
- Implementing new features and enhancements in Avature
- Driving the support and regression testing
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Services
- Strong experience with Avature Recruitment System
- Proficient with other systems like Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
- Strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge in recruitment and onboarding modules
- Excellent business analysis skills and stakeholder management
