Job Description

B2C Marketing Manager shaping financial product marketing strategies at Mercuryo integrating AI and crypto. Executing go-to-market plans and optimizing user acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the end-to-end B2C marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps, across a portfolio that bridges crypto and AI-driven financial services.
  • Execute GTM plans for new features and product lines that drive adoption and engagement, including categories that may be entirely new to the market.
  • Build user segments based on data insights and create tactics for acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation, leveraging AI tools to improve personalization and targeting at scale.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar covering product launches, seasonal moments, and always-on lifecycle flows.
  • Lead email and lifecycle marketing from execution and automation setup to creative, deliverability, and continuous iteration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Partnerships to shape campaigns that meet business requirements and maximize impact.
  • Analyze performance across channels, present findings, and recommend next steps grounded in data, comfortable using AI-powered analytics and attribution tools.
  • Track competitor positioning and market trends, especially of AI and crypto payments, to refine our messaging and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2C marketing within crypto, fintech, or AI-native companies.
  • GTM experience expanding consumer products into new regions or languages.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling lifecycle programs, especially email and in-product messaging.
  • Proven experience running GTM strategies and coordinating across different stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and data teams to uncover insights.
  • Fluency in using AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI-powered analytics) as part of your daily workflow, not just awareness, but hands-on usage.
  • A self-starter attitude with a hands-on execution mentality and genuine curiosity about what happens when AI meets payments.
