Job Description

Talent Marketing Specialist managing event marketing and sourcing campaigns for clients. Requires strategic and data-driven marketing expertise to drive candidate pipelines globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute GTM-style campaigns across events and Indeed sourcing to drive candidate consideration and improve lead-to-hire conversion
  • Define strategies, audience targeting, flighting, manage paid media budget and bids for Indeed, and continuously test and optimize campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of virtual and in-person events – event production from design, set up/logistics, communications with cross functional partners, promotion, and post-event follow-up
  • Consolidate performance data from various sources to analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and delivering clear recommendations
  • Run A/B testing strategies and data-driven insights to continuously refine messaging and creative to continuously improve campaign performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience launching and scaling digital campaigns
  • Marketing background is strictly required; this is not a standard recruiting position
  • Proven success leading and organizing cross-functional marketing efforts for external and internal events, digital webinars, or conferences
  • Experience with event/marketing automation platforms (Zoom Webinar/Eloqua) is required
  • Experience managing significant paid advertising budgets and optimizing ad spend through ongoing performance analysis
  • Strong storytelling and content skills for candidate and customer-facing
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Zoom Webinar, Eloqua, AJO, and paid ads managers
  • Detail-oriented, get-it-done individual who excels with minimal supervision and thrives without having all the information up front — proactive, creative problem solver who adapts when issues arise, brings new ideas to test, and is willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Sharp analytical and quantitative skills — develop strong recommendations based on performance insights and can act quickly on them
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
