Job Description

Marketing Strategist leading digital marketing strategies connecting paid media, CRM, and sales. Focusing on strategic growth and performance indicators to align initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead marketing strategies for the agency's clients;
  • Plan and monitor paid media campaigns and demand generation activities;
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements;
  • Design strategies for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention;
  • Monitor campaign results in Meta Ads and Google Ads;
  • Set priorities and provide direction to the operations team;
  • Conduct strategic alignments with clients and internal teams;
  • Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities for accounts;
  • Oversee CRM, sales funnels, and commercial processes;
  • Develop data-driven action plans based on metrics and KPIs;
  • Lead tests, optimizations, and Growth Marketing initiatives;
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and overall operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategic digital marketing planning;
  • Previous experience at a marketing agency;
  • Experience leading teams;
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads;
  • Experience working with local businesses;
  • Knowledge of CRM and commercial processes (Kommo preferred);
  • Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Strategic, organized, and results-oriented profile.
