Job Description

Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative supporting customer inquiries and issues remotely. Resolving customer issues and providing answers with compassion in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
