Job Description

Bilingual Legal Assistant managing client intake process for law firm. Handling initial interviews in both English and Spanish to nurture potential client leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial intake interviews with potential clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Systematically follow up with leads to move them through the firm's pipeline.
  • Maintain and update the lead tracking spreadsheet with high accuracy.
  • Bridge communication gaps for Spanish-speaking callers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal EA or Intake Specialist supporting US-based law firms.
  • Proven proficiency using MyCase (preferred) or similar legal case management software.
  • Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Proven proficiency in managing lead tracking via Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and lead nurturing skills.
