Job Description

Payroll Tax Specialist in the PEO industry managing tax compliance responsibilities. Researching tax laws, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies with a commitment to client support.

Responsibilities:

  • Research legal issues and filing positions in compliance with tax laws
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure proper tax liability coverage
  • Assist in auditing corporate tax payments
  • Process payroll tax payments and returns, including reconciliations
  • Verify data accuracy for compliance with laws and internal policies
  • Resolve tax notices and discrepancies
  • Provide customer service support for payroll tax inquiries
  • Maintain technical knowledge of payroll tax regulations
  • Prepare and file payroll tax returns

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Payroll Tax Specialist
  • Knowledge of local, federal and international tax laws
  • Experience in payroll tax compliance
  • Ability to assist in corporate tax payments audit
