Job Description
Bilingual Russian Generalist evaluating sensitive-topic prompts and conversations for Mercor. Applying language expertise to train safer frontier AI models.
Responsibilities:
- Write expert-level prompts in Russian across sensitive subject areas
- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations
- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns
- Document the reasoning behind judgments
- Evaluate and strengthen how advanced AI models handle sensitive topics in Russian
- Collaborate on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in Russian
- Business-level written English
- Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress
- Strong written reasoning
- High level of attention to detail
- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing
- Applicants must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
