Job Description

Bilingual SEO Specialist for CSN Collision optimizing search engine strategies across Canada and Italy. Focused on technical SEO, content development, and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis across multiple regions (Canada, Quebec, U.S., and Italy)
  • Optimize the CSN website and shop microsites using SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, structured content, and technical enhancements
  • Develop and implement scalable on-page content strategies tailored to local markets, including French-language optimization for Quebec
  • Execute technical SEO initiatives such as site audits, crawlability improvements, indexing, and performance optimization
  • Develop and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link building and backlink acquisition
  • Optimize and manage local listings (e.g., Google Business Profiles) to improve local search visibility
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support website updates, landing page optimization, and SEO best practices
  • Ensure SEO consistency across multiple markets, adapting strategies to regional behaviors and languages
  • Support and execute SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, for CSN shops across Canada
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain the CSN intranet homepage and Marketing SharePoint site
  • Support internal and external communications, including email campaigns
  • Assist with planning and execution of regional meetings and company events
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing and communication strategies and processes

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/French
  • 4–6 years of experience in a marketing-related role, with at least 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Proven track record of improving organic search performance through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies
  • Strong experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Experience optimizing website content and structure for both search engines and users
  • Familiarity with local SEO and multi-location business optimization
  • Knowledge and experience using AI tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
