Job Description
Bilingual Social Media Manager managing SnappyCX's social media accounts in English and Spanish. Creating engaging content and collaborating with teams to enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Create, edit, and post engaging social media content, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Ensure consistent posting and alignment with the brand’s messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Admin team , to extract and use client-related information for content
- Monitor trends and suggest content ideas to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts
- Proven ability to create engaging social media content, especially short-form video content
- Hands-on experience using Canva, CapCut , and AI tools for content creation
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
