Job Description
Social Media Manager overseeing multi-platform strategy and performance for Black Rifle Coffee Company. Leading content distribution, engagement optimization, and performance tracking across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day publishing across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, X, LinkedIn)
- Ensure content is properly adapted, formatted, and optimized for each channel
- Maximize the reach of every asset by distributing it across all relevant platforms
- Determine where and how content should be deployed to drive maximum engagement
- Optimize posting strategy, timing, and format based on platform best practices
- Stay current on platform changes, trends, and algorithms to continuously improve performance
- Monitor performance across all channels (reach, engagement, growth, retention)
- Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform strategy
- Use data to refine distribution approach and improve overall channel effectiveness
Requirements:
- 6 + years of experience managing or leading social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Proven experience managing multi-platform social strategies (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, X, LinkedIn)
- Strong understanding of platform optimization, algorithms, and content distribution strategies
- Experience working with a mid-to-large sized brand with meaningful audience reach
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting on social performance metrics
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (native platforms, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple channels and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Alignment with BRCC’s mission and a strong understanding of our core audience
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
