Job Description

Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist developing and optimizing email marketing strategies to drive engagement and boost conversions. Collaborates with teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
  • Segment audiences for personalized and behavior-based campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain email databases to ensure accuracy, list health, and deliverability.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Monitor and report on key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates).
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling, on-brand email content.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
  • Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
  • Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools.
  • Explore integrations with CRM, website, and paid marketing channels to enhance results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and deliverability best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Preferred: Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising (a plus but not required).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Basic design skills in Canva or similar (bonus).
