Job Description

Social Media Manager developing strategies and content for German market in a D2C company. Responsible for social media presence and engagement through various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Planning and producing high-quality content (photos, videos, written content)
  • Coordinating external creators such as photographers, videographers, and UGC creators
  • Creating and maintaining a structured content and editorial calendar
  • Identifying and managing influencer partnerships
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with online magazines, blogs and platforms
  • Developing and optimizing social media strategies
  • Analyzing trends, competitors and content formats for continuous improvement
  • Evaluating performance metrics and deriving optimization measures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of the German market, consumer behavior and digital trends
  • Solid experience in content creation and social media management
  • Good written and spoken English
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense for branding and content quality
