Job Description
Social Media Manager developing strategies and content for German market in a D2C company. Responsible for social media presence and engagement through various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Planning and producing high-quality content (photos, videos, written content)
- Coordinating external creators such as photographers, videographers, and UGC creators
- Creating and maintaining a structured content and editorial calendar
- Identifying and managing influencer partnerships
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships with online magazines, blogs and platforms
- Developing and optimizing social media strategies
- Analyzing trends, competitors and content formats for continuous improvement
- Evaluating performance metrics and deriving optimization measures
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce
- Strong understanding of the German market, consumer behavior and digital trends
- Solid experience in content creation and social media management
- Good written and spoken English
- German language skills are an advantage
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- High attention to detail and a strong sense for branding and content quality
