Job Description
Marketing Virtual Assistant providing support for social media outreach and lead generation efforts worldwide. Focused on prospecting and outreach execution with structured systems and SOPs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and compile targeted prospect lists from Instagram based on defined criteria
- Conduct online research to find relevant leads and profiles
- Organize and maintain accurate lead data in Google Sheets
- Send Instagram outreach messages and invites using provided scripts
- Send LinkedIn connection requests using pre-built lists
- Follow structured outreach workflows and ensure consistency in execution
- Maintain and update lead tracking sheets with accuracy
- Ensure all outreach activity is properly logged and organized
- Keep records clean, structured, and up to date
- Assist with light administrative and coordination tasks as needed
- Follow SOPs and workflows to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in lead generation, outreach, or social media support (preferred)
- Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable following SOPs and structured workflows
- Reliable, responsive, and consistent in task execution
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Application Software Knowledgeable / Required: Google Sheets / Google Workspace, Instagram, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
