Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and manage social media channels to protect the brand
  • Analyze social media trends and sentiments
  • Collaborate with teams to handle sensitive communications
  • Create structured reports and insights for leadership

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in Social Media Management or Social Listening/Analytics
  • Expert at navigating major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or Sprout Social) and native platform analytics
  • Comfortable working a night shift or a flexible schedule
  • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure in crisis management
  • Strong analytical skills to translate online sentiments into structured data
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adapt tone
  • Deep understanding of internet subcultures, memes, and employee sentiment
