Job Description
Social Media Analyst navigating major platforms to protect brand sentiment. Analyzing trends and creating insights to inform leadership decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Navigate and manage social media channels to protect the brand
- Analyze social media trends and sentiments
- Collaborate with teams to handle sensitive communications
- Create structured reports and insights for leadership
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in Social Media Management or Social Listening/Analytics
- Expert at navigating major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or Sprout Social) and native platform analytics
- Comfortable working a night shift or a flexible schedule
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure in crisis management
- Strong analytical skills to translate online sentiments into structured data
- Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adapt tone
- Deep understanding of internet subcultures, memes, and employee sentiment
