Job Description
Italian voice-data contractor capturing and rating natural interactions with a next-generation AI assistant. Completing voice tasks, transcripts, and structured data logging for a leading AI lab.
Responsibilities:
- Use your voice to compose messages, emails, and notes across everyday apps
- Direct the AI to generate images, format text, apply spreadsheet formulas, and summarize documents
- Record accurate transcripts of spoken queries and produce cleaned-up transcripts
- Rate the AI's responses
- Log task data in a structured tracking sheet
- Upload supporting recordings to a shared drive
- Use a specialized app on a Mac to complete everyday voice-based tasks and evaluate AI interactions
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian (raised/native to Italy preferred)
- Able to understand and follow instructions in English
- Must own a Mac with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer
- Regular, everyday use of common productivity apps (email, messaging, docs, spreadsheets, browsers)
- Comfortable with detailed, structured data entry and self-directed quality review
- Complete a 25-minute conversational interview
- Set up a Mercor Expert email and complete technical setup
