Job Description
Business Assistant managing a portfolio of operational and administrative projects for Carazo Group. Ensuring completion of certifications, licenses, and permits while coordinating corporate setups across jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- You will run a rolling portfolio of the group's operational and administrative projects end-to-end — obtaining certifications, licenses, and permits; opening international bank accounts; and coordinating corporate setups across jurisdictions.
- You keep each project moving, chase the external parties, keep the paperwork in order, and drive things to completion so leadership doesn't have to.
Requirements:
- Project coordination — proven track record running administrative or operational projects end-to-end, to completion.
- Organization & follow-through — exceptional attention to detail and the persistence to chase institutions until things are done.
- Bureaucracy-comfortable — at ease navigating licenses, certifications, bank onboarding / KYC, notaries, and government or corporate processes.
- English — fluent written and spoken English is mandatory — you will be in constant contact with international institutions.
- Tools — comfortable with project-management tools (Asana / ClickUp / Notion / Trello) and spreadsheets / document management.
- Self-management — reliable and remote-proven; delivers without daily supervision.
- Nice to have — Russian, Domain experience, Spanish, Certification / education.
