Job Description
Project Manager leading end-to-end e-commerce projects for AWS consulting company tecRacer. Coordinating clients, teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end responsibility for e-commerce projects
- Manage e-commerce projects from planning through successful completion
- Monitor scope, timelines, budget, and quality
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, and partners
- Ensure transparent communication
- Identify risks and dependencies at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, and support key decisions
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in an IT, e-commerce, or professional services environment
- Experience managing complex client projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Experience with e-commerce, Magento, or comparable IT projects
- Sound commercial understanding of budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Very good German and English skills (C1–C2 level)
- Project management certification, such as PMI, GPM/IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Scrum training or certification, such as PSM or CSM (preferred, not required)
- Degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, another STEM field, or an equivalent professional qualification or level of experience (preferred, not required)
