Job Description

Business Consultant driving growth and collaboration within National Accounts team at Manulife. Enhancing advisor relationships and supporting execution across multiple distribution channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Identify and facilitate collaboration opportunities across business units.
  • Support the negotiation and execution of internal sponsorships and go-to-market plans.
  • Coordinate national and inter-regional initiatives and events in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Streamline internal processes to enhance engagement and business development efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain internal reporting tools to track performance against commitments.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, strategy, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian financial distribution channels (advisors, brokers).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, especially for clients from Quebec.
