Job Description

Business Development Representative supporting healthcare sales through outbound prospecting and qualification. Engaging with physicians and managing sales pipeline effectively from lead to closing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support operational goals by lead generation, outbound prospecting, qualification, appointment setting, and closing physician practices.
  • Engage directly with physicians, practice managers, and clinical administrators, qualifying opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to physician practices.
  • Qualify opportunities using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Schedule qualified discovery and demo calls with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Zoho CRM, tracking conversion metrics and pipeline health.
  • Capture objections and collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, healthcare sales, or business development.
  • Demonstrated outbound prospecting and appointment-setting experience.
  • Comfort engaging with physicians and clinical decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies; MEDDIC experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage activity targets and pipeline independently.
