Job Description
Sales Development Representative at NikoHealth identifying and engaging potential customers in the DME/HME industry. Contributing to lead generation and appointment setting in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors
- Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media
- Conduct initial conversations to qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
- Accurately document and track all prospect interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the sales team to support campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts
- Stay informed on industry trends and product updates
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience prospecting in the SaaS or healthcare industry (bonus)
