Job Description

BI Analyst supporting on-account data and insights for a financial services client. Focused on business intelligence tools and reporting to help make real estate decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of Power BI and Tableau dashboards supporting multiple service lines and account performance reporting
  • Transform and curate data from client-managed systems integrated to the client’s cloud data environment (AWS) as well as JLL-managed data sources
  • Contribute to data quality checks, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support automated reporting workflows and documentation of data processes
  • Support the generation of recurring performance reports (KPIs, operational metrics) and basic ad-hoc analyses
  • Participate in identifying trends and variances in real estate operations, providing account leadership with proactive insights on JLL’s service delivery
  • Present data findings in a clear and concise way to internal and client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with account teams to understand reporting requirements, goals, and objectives
  • Work closely under the guidance of the Senior BI Analyst / BI Team Lead to develop technical and analytical skills
  • Contribute ideas to improve dashboards, reporting workflows, and user experience
  • Follow data governance and security protocols aligned with client and JLL standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Familiarity with data querying in AWS Athena or similar environment
  • Exposure to AWS Glue, or similar ETL/data integration tools preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
  • Effective communicator able to convey findings to non-technical audiences.
