Job Description
Financial Reporting Analyst preparing and reviewing ETF-related SEC filings at Tidal Financial Group. Collaborating with teams and enhancing financial reporting processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and/or reviewing Form N-CSR, N-PORT Part F, and other SEC filings of ETFs
- Producing and performing detailed reviews of GAAP financial statements
- Assisting Trust Administration teams in coordinating ETF audits
- Liaising with senior Fund Administration team members
- Contributing to process improvements and technology enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- 1 - 3 years of investment industry experience, preferably with SEC filing requirements
- Knowledge and experience with applicable SEC filings
- Knowledge of GAAP financial accounting and reporting for regulated investment companies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
