Job Description

Business Operations Specialist at Fit4Less supporting members and operations team through coordination of projects. Ensures operational standards are met and supports leadership in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Fit4Less Members and the Operations Team
  • Coordinates operational improvements and communicates information
  • Maintains manuals and training documents
  • Monitors tasks related to new club openings and renovations
  • Provides administrative support to leadership

Requirements:

  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Previous administrative coordination experience
  • Standard Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 1+ year and proven success within Fit4Less or GoodLife is an asset
  • 1+ year working as a Manager/Region Manager at Fit4Less Clubs is an asset
