Job Description
Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performing analysis of business needs and technical documentation. Contributing to healthcare system requirements and influencing departmental strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Performs analysis of business, process and user needs
- Documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications
- Formulates and defines systems and objectives based on user needs and applicable business systems and industry requirements
- Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems
- Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation
- Begins to influence department's strategy
- Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of business systems analysis experience/technical experience in healthcare
- Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodologies
- Experience in problem analysis and process
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Experience with AthenaOne EMR software
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
