Job Description
Business readiness director leading SAP S/4HANA process transformation for RTX, an aerospace and defense company. Driving international deployment, executive alignment, and organizational readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure completion of PST-owned business readiness projects and oversee function-led readiness activities
- Lead the international deployment strategy, plan, and related activities, ensuring objectives, costs, and schedules are met
- Bridge teams across various functions
- Drive improvements to processes, systems, tools, and data
- Partner with functional teams to complete all business readiness actions
- Define and drive the international deployment strategy across eight countries implementing all or portions of S4 processes and tools
- Engage landed companies to build long-term international roadmaps
- Provide clear, timely updates to all levels of leadership
- Serve as an interface with international senior leaders and functional executives
- Guide, mentor, and support team members
- Report to the PST Vice President for Raytheon
- Travel estimated at less than 25%, with 95% domestic and 5% international travel
Requirements:
- University Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and minimum of 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 12 years relevant experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and various levels of stakeholders
- Program management experience at all levels (cradle to grave) for domestic and international customers, including execution activity
- Business execution experience
- Experience presenting and reporting to all levels of executive stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
- Experience leading business process transformation and change management (preferred)
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including implementation and integration at a corporate or enterprise level (preferred)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
- Leadership experience in large transformation or change management efforts (preferred)
- An established Raytheon international network (preferred)
- High level of emotional intelligence and learning agility (preferred)
- Program Management Certification (preferred)
- U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
