Job Description

Business Recruiter managing hiring processes at Aleph, an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis. Responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates across various business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle ownership (sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, candidate experience, offer process) across GTM and BizOps functions
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Leverage and continuously improve robust hiring processes and documentation
  • Be a trusted partner to hiring managers across GTM and BizOps

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across business functions, including experience in high-growth startups
  • Comfortable recruiting across role types and can quickly learn what makes candidates great in each function
  • Creativity with outbound sourcing: you’re proud of finding talent others can't
  • Proficient with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby and Juicebox
  • Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies and optimize funnel performance
  • Passionate about the candidate experience and take pride in being the first impression of Aleph
