Job Description

Talent Sourcer supporting high-volume recruiting efforts for field roles at Renuity. Focused on sourcing, candidate communication, and maintaining talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing and talent attraction efforts for high-volume field roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with Field Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs to build effective outreach strategies.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and talent platforms.
  • Maintain and organize talent pipelines within the ATS and CRM systems.
  • Provide timely, professional, and clear communication to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and supported at every stage.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
  • Follow established sourcing workflows and best practices.
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned sourcing tasks and priorities.
  • Actively seek feedback and coaching to develop recruiting skills and business knowledge.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused TA team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (HR, Business, or related field).
  • Ideally located in CST, but not required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (internships or coordinator experience welcome).
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools, sourcing platforms, and/or onboarding systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
