Job Description

Corporate Recruiter developing talent acquisition strategies and managing full-cycle recruitment. Delivering outstanding candidate experiences and balancing HR goals for ICU Medical.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and the HR team to understand position requirements.
  • Screening resumes and evaluating applicants.
  • Scheduling and conducting phone interviews.
  • Conducting competency behavioral-based interviews.
  • Providing status updates to HR and hiring managers as necessary.
  • Conducting reference checks and assisting with background check processes.
  • Collecting interview feedback and documenting candidate assessments throughout the interview process.
  • Partnering with agencies and job board representatives.
  • Provide expertise in branding, attracting, and acquiring high-performing talent.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the ICU Medical culture, products, business model, and the medical device industry.
  • Ensure candidates experience a quality recruiting and interview process.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR performing staffing responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficiency with recruitment systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and government regulations related to talent acquisition processes.
