Job Description
Talent Sourcer supporting high-volume recruiting efforts for Renuity, a home improvement company. Seeking individuals early in their recruiting career to join a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Support sourcing and talent attraction efforts for high-volume field roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Partner with Field Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs to build effective outreach strategies.
- Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and talent platforms.
- Maintain and organize talent pipelines within the ATS and CRM systems.
- Provide timely, professional, and clear communication to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and supported at every stage.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
- Follow established sourcing workflows and best practices.
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed.
- Take ownership of assigned sourcing tasks and priorities.
- Actively seek feedback and coaching to develop recruiting skills and business knowledge.
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused TA team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (HR, Business, or related field).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (internships or coordinator experience welcome).
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools, sourcing platforms, and/or onboarding systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
