Job Description
Business Strategy Analyst supporting CoLab’s AI engineering platform for mechanical engineering teams. Researching markets, customers, and competitors while driving cross-functional strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Research industry trends, market segments, competitors, and customer needs to uncover business opportunities
- Support strategy development with rigorous research, data, insights, and hands-on execution
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on market and competitive research
- Take ambiguous business questions, structure the problem, gather evidence, and recommend practical next steps
- Build presentations, briefing documents, analyses, and other materials that help teams make better decisions
- Own high-impact, cross-functional projects as new priorities and opportunities emerge
- Turn what you learn into action rather than stopping at the analysis
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; exceptional new graduates with strong internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate what matters clearly
- Comfortable taking ownership with limited direction while knowing when to ask for input or support
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning how businesses, markets, customers, and products work
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, consulting, startups, or Marketing, Sales, Product, or Customer Success teams is a plus
