Job Description
Business Systems Analyst IV implementing and maintaining ADP and Peoplesoft applications at Amentum. Focused on payroll functionalities, system integration, and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, evaluate and maintain ADP and Peoplesoft applications with a focus on payroll functionalities.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, bridging the gap between stakeholder needs and system capabilities.
- Formulate system scopes and objectives, creating technical specifications and driving implementation for system changes.
- Customize and configure ADP and PeopleSoft HCM application, including payroll, to meet organizational needs.
- Develop a pro-active maintenance roadmap - that orchestrates seamless system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to limit and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADP and PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing payroll systems.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay current with ADP and PeopleSoft updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience to include ADP and Peoplesoft core modules and application functions.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure, multi-factor authentication, Oracle databases, and registry editing is preferred.
